Municipality of Vlissingen: applying for a business passport

Please note: you can only apply for a Dutch zakenpaspoort (business passport) if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.

  • Being registered in the Personal Records Database (BRP) of the municipality of Vlissingen;  
    Having a valid Dutch passport or business passport, which is still valid for at least 6 months;  
    Being able to demonstrate the necessity of a 2nd passport. For information, see the website of the Dutch government for Identity Data.

  • You must always be present in person;
  • All travel documents in your possession (including foreign ones), even if they are expired;
  • Various pieces of evidence, see the website of the Netherlands Identity Services;
  • A color passport photo, not older than 6 months. Strict requirements apply to this.
  • In case of a previously lost passport: file a declaration of loss with your municipality;
  • Payment for the passport can be made in cash or by debit card during the application.

You must apply for a business passport in person at the municipality where you live. Make an appointment to apply for a passport.

Urgent request

If you need your passport quickly, you can make an urgent application. If you apply for the passport before 14.00, you will be able to collect it the next working day. Allow for some delay if you no longer have your old passport.
