Urgent requests

If you need your business passport urgently, a spoedprocedure (urgent procedure) is available. A surcharge will apply. 

• application submitted before 2 p.m.: new business passport will be ready from 11 a.m. on the first working day thereafter.
• application submitted after 2 p.m.: new business passport will be ready from 11 a.m. on the second working day thereafter.

Please allow for delays if you no longer have your old business passport.

Get your passport immediately

In urgent cases where you need your business passport immediately (on the same day), you may qualify for an emergency passport from the Koninklijke Marechaussee (Royal Netherlands Military Police). You will find more information on the marechaussee.nl website.

After 7 days, your passport will be ready for collection at the GemeenteLoket during opening hours. During public holidays, it may take longer for your travel document to be ready.  You have 3 months to collect it.
