Municipality of Woerden: applying for an EU parking card for people with disabilities

If you have difficulty walking or are disabled, you can get a parking card as a driver and/or passenger. This allows you to park in disabled parking spaces.

If you are submitting this application for the first time, a medical examination will always take place. If you renew your parking card, sometimes you do.

Please note: You can only apply for an EU parking permit for people with disabilities if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.

What do you need to send when you apply for your disabled parking card?

Completed application form.
Your old disabled parking card (if you have one).

What should you take with you when you collect your disabled parking card?

Your ID.
A passport photo.
Your old disabled parking card (if you have one).

Applying for a disabled parking permit

Picking up a disabled parking permit

You will be notified by the municipality when you can collect your parking permit.
You can make an appointment with the municipality for this.
Go to town hall for your appointment.
