Municipality of Waadhoeke: applying for an EU parking card for people with disabilities

Please note: You can only apply for an EU parking card for people with disabilities if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.

For the application you need:

Copy of a valid passport or identity card.
If you are applying for the driver card: copy of a valid driving licence.
Two colour passport photo's that are of a good likeness to you and is not older than 6 months.
If you have a Canta microcar or motorised tricycle/quadricycle: a copy of the insurance certificate.

You pay a fee for this service. For more information, contact the municipality.
