Please note: You can only apply for an EU parking card for people with disabilities if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.
Complete the form and include the attachments. You can apply for the form via burgerzaken@vlieland.nl or you can go to the municipality during opening hours.

It will take 2 weeks to get your card. You must collect the card in person at the municipal offices.
