Please note: You can only apply for an EU parking card for people with disabilities if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.
- Fill out the form 'aanvraagformulier gehandicaptenparkeerkaart' on our website.
- Collect all the documents.
- Make an appointment to apply and take all the documents with you.

It will take 8 weeks to get your card. You must collect the card in person at the municipal offices.
