Please note: You can only apply for an EU parking card for people with disabilities if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.
A doctor's assessment is necessary to see if you are eligible for a card. An application for this can be made via the Social Counter, which can be reached via 0800 - 5016 or sociaalloket@vijfheerenlanden.nl.
- EU parking card for people with disabilities with medical examination: € 178,10
- When the parking card is not granted after a medical examination the cost is € 144,20
- EU parking card for people with disabilities without medical examination: € 33,90
