The parking card for people with disabilities is valid in most European countries, check this on the ANWB website.  You can find the full conditions for the disabled parking card scheme on the Gonernment.nl website.

There are three types of disabled parking cards

  • Passenger card; you depend on the transport of others and cannot be left alone at your destination because of your disability. You will then receive a passenger card.
