Municipality of Rijssen-Holten: applying for an EU parking card for people with disabilities

Please note: You can only apply for an EU parking card for people with disabilities if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.

For the application you need:

  • Copy of a valid passport or identity card.
  • If you are applying for the driver card: copy of a valid driving licence.
  • A colour passport photo that is of a good likeness to you and is not older than 6 months.
  • If you have a Canta microcar or motorised tricycle/quadricycle: a copy of the insurance certificate.

Complete the form and include the attachments.

If no medical examination is required, you pay € 61,-  for the application . If a medical examination is required, you pay € 170,-. You always pay these costs, even if your application is not approved.

The municipality Rijssen-Holten will decide on your application within 8 weeks of receipt. They may extend this term once.

You can object to the decision on your application within 6 weeks. Do you subsequently disagree with the decision on the notice of objection? Then file an appeal with the court.
