Municipality of Rijssen-Holten: applying for an EU parking card for people with disabilities

For the application you need:

• Copy of a valid passport or identity card.
• If you are applying for the driver card: copy of a valid driving licence.
• A colour passport photo that is of a good likeness to you and is not older than 6 months.
• If you have a Canta microcar or motorised tricycle/quadricycle: a copy of the insurance certificate.

Complete the form and include the attachments.

A medical examination is required for each new application. The fee for this application is €174 . 

Do you want to renew your card? A medical reassessment may be required. We'll notify you if a reassessment is required. If not, you'll pay a fee of €62.50 .

The municipality Rijssen-Holten will decide on your application within 8 weeks of receipt. They may extend this term once.

You can object to the decision on your application within 6 weeks. Do you subsequently disagree with the decision on the notice of objection? Then file an appeal with the court.
