Municipality of Oudewater: applying for an EU parking card for people with disabilities

If you have difficulty walking or are disabled, you can get a parking card as a driver and/or passenger. This allows you to park in disabled parking spaces.

If you are submitting this application for the first time, a medical examination will always take place. If you renew your parking card, sometimes you do.

Please note: You can only apply for an EU parking permit for people with disabilities if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.

Your ID.
-A passport photo.
-Your old disabled parking card (if you have one).

Applying for a disabled parking permit

-Please fill in the application form.
-You can send the form to: Municipality of Woerden, Postbus 45, 3440 AA Woerden. Or by e-mail to: info@woerdenwijzer.nl.

Picking up a disabled parking permit

-You will be notified by the municipality when you can collect your parking permit.
-You can make an appointment with the municipality for this.
-Go to town hall for your appointment.
