Municipality of Oosterhout: applying for an EU parking card for people with disabilities
Please note: You can only apply for an EU parking card for people with disabilities if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.
You can apply for a disabled parking permit in two ways:
- In person: You can collect an application form at the reception desk of the town hall.
- Online: You can apply for the parking permit via the website using the following form:
https://samenwerkendegemeenten.equalit.nl/formulier/nl-NL/Oosterhout/scGehandicaptenkaart.aspx
Please note: You will need a DigiD to complete the online application. If you do not have a DigiD, you can apply for one.
Once the municipality has received your fully completed application, you may be invited for a medical examination. The examining authority will provide a recommendation regarding your application.
An Institutional Disabled Parking Permit can only be requested by the director of an institution using a physical application form. This form can be collected at the reception desk of the town hall.
You will receive written notification from the Sociaal Team Oosterhout indicating whether your application has been approved. If your application is approved, the letter will also include instructions on how to transfer the payment to the municipality. Once your payment has been received, the parking permit will be sent to you by post.
You pay a fee for this service. For more information, contact the municipality.
It will take 8 weeks to get your card. You must collect the card in person at the municipal offices.
