Municipality of Midden-Groningen: applying for an EU parking card for people with disabilities

You can apply for a disability card with an application form. This form is available at the reception of the town hall. You can also request or collect the form from a social team. 

Once we have received your application, we will send you a letter with more information. Medical advice is necessary. An independent doctor from Ausems and Kerkvliet provides the examination for this. You pay the costs for the medical advice yourself.

If you receive a disability card, you can pick it up at the town hall. This can only be done by appointment and only when you have a message that the card is ready. You can make this appointment online.
