Municipality of Midden-Groningen: applying for an EU parking card for people with disabilities
Please note: You can only apply for an EU parking card for people with disabilities if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.
You can apply for a disability card with an application form. This form is available at the reception of the town hall. You can also request or collect the form from a social team. More information on: https://www.kwartierzorgenwelzijn.nl/wat-we-bieden/sociale-teams/
Once we have received your application, we will send you a letter with more information. Medical advice is necessary. An independent doctor from Ausems and Kerkvliet provides the examination for this. You pay the costs for the medical advice yourself.

- Medical assessment: € 89,50
If you receive a disabled parking card, you can pick it up at the town hall. This is only possible by appointment and only after your message that the card is ready. You can make this appointment online via https://internetafspraken.midden-groningen.nl/
