Municipality of Kampen: applying for an EU parking card for people with disabilities

For the application you need:

• a copy of a valid passport or identity card;
• if you are applying for the driver card: copy of a valid driving licence;
• a colour passport photo that meets the passport photo requirements.

Are you applying for a EU parking card for people with disabilities for the first time? You will then be medically examined by the independent consultancy agency Ausems en Kerkvliet (A&K).
