Municipality of Hoogeveen: applying for an EU parking card for people with disabilities

• Do you need a renewed EU parking card for people with disabilities? Then apply no later than 2 months before the card expires. You may be given another medical examination. 
• Are you the head of a healthcare institution? Then you can apply for the disabled parking card by calling the municipality: +31528291911.

• A copy of your valid proof of identity (passport, ID card or driver's license)
• A color passport photo
• Any previously issued disabled parking cards

You can apply for a EU parking card for people with disabilities online with DigiD. Or personally at the municipality. You can book an appointment online.

Within 12 weeks of receiving your application, the municipality will determine whether you will receive the parking card.
