The main conditions for applying for a disabled parking card for a driver or passenger are:

• You have had a medical examination.
  You can't walk 100 meters in a row.
  You drive the vehicle yourself (driver card), or
  You are dependent on driver assistance (passenger card) from door to door.

To apply for your disabled parking card, we need:

• a completed application form
  a copy of your driving license (driver card)
  1 recent and clear passport photo
