Municipality of Brummen: applying for an EU parking card for people with disabilities
Please note: You can only apply for an EU parking card for people with disabilities if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.

You can call us on 0575-568 233, we will send you the application form. You don't need to make an appointment for this. You also need a passport photo.
Complete the form and include the attachments.
- EU parking card for people with disabilities: € 48,70
- Medical assessment maximum: € 92
- Costs duplicate in case of loss: € 30,35
You pay a fee for this service. For more information, contact the municipality of Brummen: www.brummen.nl/contact.
It will take a couple of weeks to get your card. You must collect the card in person at the municipal offices.
