Municipality of Bodegraven-Reeuwijk: applying for an EU parking card for people with disabilities

Enclose the following documents with the application form: 
- A recent passport photo
- Copy of your ID
- Copy of your driving license (if your are applying for a driver card)

If you apply for a parking card for people with disabilities for the first time, it costs € 112.05 including the medical examination. Is this an extension of the disability card? Then the costs are €44.35.

Please note: This rate will also be charged if you are found not to be eligible for the disabled parking card.

If you are unable to attend the medical examination, please cancel in time via telephone number: 0172-522522. If you do not show up without a cancellation notice, we will charge €56.00.
