Please note: You can only apply for an EU parking card for people with disabilities if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.

Enclose the following documents with the application form:
- A recent passport photo
- Copy of your ID
- Copy of your driving license (if your are applying for a driver card)

EU parking card for people with disabilities: € 44,35
Medical assessment: € 112,05
If the applicant does not show up for the medical examination without prior notification, administration costs will be charged: €56,00

You pay a fee for this service. For more information, contact the municipality info@bodegraven-reeuwijk.nl.

It will take 6 weeks to get your card. The card will be delivered to your home.
