Apply for a disabled persons parking card with DigiD (in Dutch)

If you do not have a DigiD, you can also visit the Town Hall. You will need to call the municipality to make an appointment in advance: +31 297 38 75 75.

  • your DigiD;
  • a valid passport or identity card;
  • a copy of your vehicle registration certificate;
  • a copy of the lease contract (if you have a lease car).

You pay costs for a medical examination and the assigned disabled person’s parking card. For more information, please see the municipality’s website.

After your application, the municipality will assess whether a medical examination is necessary and we will inform you of the costs. After payment, we will ask an inspection body for advice.

You will receive a letter with the outcome. We will do our best to make a decision within 8 weeks. We may extend this period once by 8 weeks.
