Municipality of Eindhoven: applying for a disabled parking space
Please note: You can only apply for a parking space for the disabled if you live in the Netherlands and are registered with a municipality.
You need:
- Copy of your valid ID
- Disabled parking card driver
- Copy of the registration certificate part 1, or with a pass from the front and back
You can apply online or by post.

Complete the form and send it to the municipality.
