Municipality of Stichtse Vecht: applying for a copy of a birth certificate

Records are made of a number of important events in a person's life. These are kept in the municipality's registers of civil status. The original deed remains in the municipality where it was made. So you get a copy (or extract) of the deed. You can only request this if the event took place in Stichtse Vecht.   • A signed written, authorization
  • A valid proof of identity of the authorized person
  • A (copy of a) valid proof of identity of the person who authorized someone else
