Applying at the service desk

You can apply for your birth certificate at the service desk of your municipality Hellendoorn. Take a valid identity document with you.

A birth certificate costs: € 15.70.

Applying in the Netherlands

You will receive the birth certificate by post after no more than 3 working days.

Applying from outside the Netherlands

The municipality will send the birth certificate to your address outside the Netherlands. The time taken by the postal service varies from country to country.
