Municipality of Delft: applying for an affordable housing permit
Are you going to rent independent accommodation at a basic monthly rent up to € 808,06? In that case you need a housing permit. Applications for a housing permit must be made online. No housing permit is required when you buy a house.
Take note! You can only apply for a housing permit if you live in the Netherlands and are registered at a municipality.
